• 18 years old Above and not more than 40 years old .
• at least High School Graduate

Requirements:

• A- Application Letter
• B- Accomplished Personal Information Sheet
• C- Biodata with recent 2x2 Picture
• D- Security Guard License/ Special Bank Receipt(SBR)
• E- Clearance/Certification for previous Employer.
• F- SSS E-1 or E-4
• G- Philhealth Member Data Record(MDR)
• H- HDMF (Registration Tracking Number and Members ID)
• I- Birth Certificate
• J- Marriage Contract (If Married)
• K- Baptismal Certificate (If Available)
• L- NBI Clearance (Not more than 1 year upon application)
• M- Neuro (Psychiatric Clearance-Not more that 6 months upon application)
• N- Drug Test (Not mor than 6 month upon Application)
• O- Medical Certificate from the Accredited Physician
• P- Training Certificate
• Q- Firearms Proficiency Certificate
• R- Opening and Closing Report
• S- Police Clearance
• T- Barangay Clearance
• U- College/High School Diploma
• V- Transcript of Records(TOR)
• W- Home Sketch
• X- Others (will require you upon posted to the client)
